Filing 15 ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS, DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE MOTION FOR INJUNCTIVE RELIEF, SCREENING COMPLAINT AND DIRECTING FURTHER PROCEEDINGS - Because Mr. Johnson is a "prisoner," this Court has an obligation to screen the complaint before service on the defendants. Mr. Johnson's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #3 , is granted to the extent stated in Section I. His motion for temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction, dkt. #4 , is denied without prejudice for the reasons stated in Section IV. His motion for emergency hearing, dkt. #13 , is denied without prejudice for the reasons stated in Section V. This case will proceed on the claims identified in Section III(D). All other claims are dismissed, and Mr. Johnson has up to and including February 8, 2024, to identify any other claims alleged in the complaint but not identified by the Court. The clerk is directed to terminate the following as defendants on the docket: Dushan Zatecky, Robert Duprey, Mike Raines, Stephanie Riley, and Stephanie Dorethy.
