Order Summarily Dismissing Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus and Directing Entry of Final Judgment - Petitioner Quartez Norwood is incarcerated at the United States Penitentiary in Terre Haute, Indiana, serving a sentence imposed by the District of Kansas. He petitioned for writ of habeas corpus, challenging his conviction and sentence on two counts of Hobbs Act Robbery and one count of carrying and brandishing a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence.
