Filing 10 ORDER - Shane Willey filed his complaint and motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis while detained at the Parke County Jail. Dkts. 1, 2. He submitted an inmate trust account statement as required by 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1) but has been released on bond. Dkts. 8, 9. Mr. Willey's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is granted to the extent that he is assessed an initial partial filing fee of $60.80. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1). Mr. Willey will have through May 17, 2024, to pay this sum to the clerk of the District Court or file a renewed motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis demonstrating his inability to pay the initial partial filing fee.
