Filing 10 Order Directing Further Proceedings - On August 24, 2020, the Court ordered the plaintiff to pay an initial partial filing fee of Four Dollars and Forty Cents ($4.40) by September 18, 2020. That deadline has passed and theplaintiff has failed to do so or otherwise respond. Therefore, the plaintiff shall have through October 19, 2020, to pay the initial partial filing fee or explain why doing so is not possible. The motion for entry of default, dkt #7 , is denied because the complaint has not been screened as required by 28 U.S.C. 1915A and the defendants have not yet been served in this case.
