Order Screening Complaint and Directing Further Proceedings - Mr. Bowers's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , and motion for court assistance, dkt. #8 , are granted. Mr. Bowers does not have the funds to pay an initial partial filing fee. The clerk is directed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3) to issue process to 1) Indiana Department of Correction, 2) Sergeant Feller, and 3) Sheriff David Wedding in the manner specified by Rule 4(d). Process shall consist of the complaint, dkt. #1 , applicable forms (Noticeof Lawsuit and Request for Wavier of Service of Summons and Waiver of Service of Summons), and this Order. SEE ORDER.
