Filing 6 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - The court orders Mr. Shane to show cause why this action should not be dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Mr. Shane must respond to the show cause order no later than July 9, 2021. If he fails to respond in the time provided, the court will dismiss the action and enter final judgment without further warning or opportunity to show cause. If Mr. Shane wishes to proceed with the action, he also must either pay the $402.00 filing fee or move for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. He must do so no later than July 9, 2021. If Mr. Shane requests leave to proceed in forma pauperis, he must attach a copy of the transactions associated with his institution trust account for the six-month period preceding the filing of this action on May 26, 2021. 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2). The clerk is directed to include a form motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis with Mr. Shane's copy of this order. Copy to Plaintiff via US Mail. Signed by Judge Richard L. Young on 6/9/2021.
