The clerk is directed to seal documents 3 and 8. Mr. Atwood must redact private information such as the names of his children and any complete birthdates. If redaction is not feasible, Mr. Atwood must file a motion requesting to seal the document. The clerk is directed to include a copy of Local Rule 5-11, which explains that procedure, to Mr. Atwood with his copy of this Order. Mr. Atwood's complaint is dismissed for the foregoing reasons.
