ENTRY GRANTING MOTION FOR LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS, SCREENING COMPLAINT, AND DIRECTING FURTHER PROCEEDINGS - Mr. Cartwright's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is granted to the extent that he is assessed an initial partial filing fee of $65.59. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1). Mr. Cartwright will have through May 2, 2022, to pay this sum to the clerk of the district court. The complaint is dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. He will have through May 2, 2022, to file an amended complaint or show cause why this action should not be dismissed. It must include the case number associated with this action, 3:22-cv-00031-RLY-MPB, and it must be labeled "Amended Complaint." The amended complaint will completely replace the original, so it must include all defendants, claims, and factual allegations Mr. Cartwright wishes to pursue in this action. If Mr. Cartwright fails to comply with these orders in the time provided, the court will dismiss the action without further warning or opportunity to show cause. SEE ORDER.
