Filing 22 ORDER TRANSFERRING CASE: District courts have discretion to transfer cases to another division in the interest of justice. See Collins v. City of Seymour, No. 1:13-cv-01838-TWP-DML, 2014 WL 279865, at *2-3 (S.D. Ind. Jan. 24, 2014). Due to the facts described above, transfer is appropriate here. Accordingly, the court TRANSFERS this case to the New Albany Division. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 137 and Local Rule 40-1(f), the Clerk is DIRECTED to randomly reassign this case to a District Judge in that division and notify the parties of the newly assigned Judge. The court GRANTS Jackson leave to amend his complaint. Should he so desire, he shall have through April 14, 2023, to file an amended complaint.
