ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR COURT ASSISTANCE AND DIRECTING PLAINTIFF'S CUSTODIAN TO CUSTODIAN TO FORWARD CERTIFIED COPY OF PLAINTIFF'S SIX-MONTH TRUST ACCOUNT STATEMENT - Mr. Harrell's motion, dkt. #14 , is GRANTED as follows: The deadline for Mr. Harrell to pay the $402.00 filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis is extended up to and including September 21, 2023. The Court hereby ORDERS the Vanderburgh County Sheriff or his designee at the Vanderburgh County Jail to provide the Court with a certified copy of Mr. Harrell's trust account statement or Vanderburgh County Jail's institutional equivalent for the six-month period preceding the filing of this action on July 19, 2023, and to do so no later than September 21, 2023. The trust account statement should be submitted to the Clerk of the Court and should reference case number No. 3:23-cv-00109-MPB-MJD.
