December 11, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORDER DIRECTING FURTHER PROCEEDINGS - Plaintiff John Keller is an inmate at Vanderburgh County Detention Center and seeks to proceed in forma pauperis. Although Keller provided an affidavit attesting to his indigency, he did not provide a trust fund account statement or institutional equivalent for the six- month period preceding the filing of his Complaint. He claims the Vanderburgh County Detention Center has refused to provide an inmate account ledger. Plaintiff is ORDERED to submit by January 25, 2024, a trust fund account statement (or institutional equivalent) for the 6-month period immediately preceding his Complaint, obtained from the appropriate official of each prison at which he is or has been confined. Upon Plaintiff's request, the Vanderburgh County Detention Center is ORDERED provide him with a certified copy of his trust fund account statement (or institutional equivalent) for the 6-month period immediately preceding the filing of the Complaint.
