ORDER Denying Motion to Correct Deficiency as Moot and Granting Motion for Extension of Time - The Court granted plaintiff Autumn Cordellione's motion to proceed in forma pauperis and assessed a $36.55 initial partial filing fee based on the trust account statement submitted in her other pending case. Dkt. #11 . Thus, Ms. Cordellione's motion to correct deficiency, which submits the same trust account information, Dkt. [ #13 ], is denied as moot. Dkt. 7. The plaintiff has failed to do so or otherwise respond by the deadline. The plaintiff shall have through February 12, 2024, to comply with the Court's previous order.
