Filing 6 ORDER GRANTING IFP AND ORDERING PLAINTIFF TO SHOW CAUSE - Plaintiff James Matthew Taylor sues a plethora of Vanderburgh County Judges for rulings they made against him that he believes contravene a multitude of his Constitutional rights. He also moves for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. (Filing No.3). He attaches an affidavit detailing his incomes and expenses. (Id.). That affidavit indicates he is unable to prepay the filing fee. Accordingly, his motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Filing No. #3 ) is GRANTED. Taylor is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE why this case should not be dismissed with prejudice because the defendants are absolutely immune from suit. He shall have through March 8, 2024, to file a response demonstrating why the doctrine of judicial immunity does not bar this suit or file an amended complaint. Failure to respond shall result in the dismissal of this case with prejudice without further warning. See Order for additional information. Copy to Plaintiff via US Mail.
