ORDER SCREENING THIRD AMENDED COMPLAINT AND ORDERING SERVICE OF PROCESS - Before the Court is pro se Plaintiff Greg Moore's Third Amended Complaint. (Docket No. #11 ). The Court screens each of Plaintiff's claims: (SEE ORDER). The Clerk is DIRECTED to update the case caption to reflect the newly added Defendants and their addresses. (See Docket No. 12-1). The following named Defendants should be added: Michael Wilson, Linsay Noonan, and Debra Bennett-Stearman. As an IFP litigant, Plaintiff is entitled to Court-ordered service of process. Accordingly, the Clerk is designated to issue process to Defendants in the manner specified by Rule 4(d). Process shall consist of the Third Amended Complaint, (Docket No. #11 ), applicable forms (1) Notice of Lawsuit and Request for Waiver of Service and Summons and (2) Waiver of Service of Summons), and this Order. ORDER SCREENING SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT - The Court screened Plaintiff's first complaint and dismissed it because Plaintiff did not specify who was responsible for each alleged violation. (Docket No. #6 ). This problem is not fixed by Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint. (Docket No. #8 ). Plaintiff claims that "Defendants" violated his First and Fourteenth Amendment rights. But this is not enough. Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint, (Docket No. #8 ), is DISMISSED without prejudice. Plaintiff may amend his complaint within twenty-one days of the date of this Order. ORDER GRANTING IFP STATUS AND SCREENING COMPLAINT - Plaintiff's request to proceed in forma pauperis, (Docket No. #2 ), is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall have twenty-one days from the date of this Order to file an amended complaint. Plaintiff is ORDERED to provide the Clerk with an address for Defendant Warrick County, Indiana within twenty-one days of the date of this Order. If Plaintiff chooses to amend his complaint to name individuals responsible for the violations alleged in Counts I, II, and III, Plaintiff is ORDERED to provide the Clerk with those individuals' addresses.
