Summary Judgment is GRANTED on all remaining claims. 66 Motion to Permit Use of Deposition Testimony taken in previous actions to the same extent as if the depositions had been taken in this action is GRANTED. 118 Motion to Supplement the Summary Jugment Record is GRANTED. Two motions, 52 and 49 , remain pending, and the Court will address these motions in short course as the trial date approaches. See Entry for details.
