In addition, Appellants are ORDERED to file a separate appendix that complies with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 8018 by 11/20/2015 . 21 Motion to Strike portions of Appellants' statement of issues on appeal is DENIED as moot. Finally, Appellants' counsel (and/or his designated ECF filer) is ORDERED to complete a free electronic filing training session by 11/20/2015 .
