If no Amended Counterclaim is filed, the claims remaining for trial are: Count I of the Complaint, Attempted Monopolization; Count II of the Complaint, Tortious Interference with Contractual Relations; and Count III of the Complaint, Tortious Interference with Prospective Business Relations; Count III of the Counter complaint, Defamation.
