FINAL ORDER TO RESOLVE FILING FEE - On October 29, 2018, the Court ordered Plaintiff Sean Dedrick to either pay the $400 filing fee for this action or renew his motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. The Court granted Mr. Dedrick through November 26, 2018, to do so. That date has passed without any action by Mr. Dedrick. Mr. Dedrick shall have through December 31, 2018, to pay the filing fee or renew his motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Failure to do so within that time will result in this action being dismissed without further warning or opportunity to show cause.
