ORDER - Given the deficiencies in Plaintiff's submitted affidavit, the Court cannot determine whether Plaintiff has the funds or assets to pre-pay the filing fee. Accordingly, Plaintiff is allowed forty days from the date of this Order to submit a new affidavit. Should Plaintiff choose to file a new affidavit, we direct him to utilize this Court's in forma pauperis form affidavit, which is attached to this Order. We will reserve our ruling on Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis until he submits a sufficient affidavit, or the 40-day deadline passes, whichever comes first (See Order).
