ORDER Denying Motions to Appoint Counsel and Extending Deadline to File Amended Complaint - #8 Motion to Appoint Counsel and #9 Motion to Appoint Counsel are DENIED without prejudice for the same reasons the March 25, 2020, motion for appointment of counsel was denied. The Court sua sponte extends the deadline for Mr. Lloyd to submit a viable claim for relief to May 22, 2020. The failure to submit an amended complaint by May 22, 2020, may result in the dismissal of this action and entry of final judgment without further notice. See Order for details. ORDER - #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis denied as submitted. The clerk is directed to send a (1) form civil rights complaint and (2) form motion for leave to proceed without prepayment of the filing fee to Mr. Lloyd with his copy of this Order. If Mr. Lloyd intends to proceed with a federal lawsuit for the violation of his constitutional rights, he should complete the form complaint and return it to the clerk no later than 4/17/2020.
