Filing 3 Order Directing Further Proceedings - The plaintiff shall have through Tuesday, July 7, 2020 in which to either pay the $400.00 filing fee for this action or demonstrate that he lacks the financial ability to do so by submitting the attached affidavit form setting forth the income and assets he possesses, including that he is unable to prepay the fees, and stating his belief that he is entitled to redress. Because it appears the plaintiff is currently incarcerated, if he desires to proceed without paying the filing fee, in addition to the affidavit, he must also file a copy of his prison account statement "for the 6-month period immediately preceding the filing of the complaint." 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2).
