ENTRY - On September 21, 2020, Mr. Green filed a Summons along with a blank Proof of Service and a Certified Mail Receipt indicating that he sent the Summons and blank Proof of Service to Meijer's corporate office. (Filing No. #8 .) Although Mr. Green's deadline for serving Meijer has not yet expired, the Court ADVISES Mr. Green that, before serving Meijer, he must submit the Summons to the Clerk's Office so that the Clerk's Office may issue the Summons. Once the Clerk's Office issues the Summons, Mr. Green must serve the issued Summons, along with a copy of the Complaint, on Meijer in compliance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. After service is complete, Mr. Green must complete the Proof of Service form and file it with the Court. See Order for details.
