Filing 7 Order Dismissing Action and Directing Entry of Final Judgment - In the Order of December 31, 2020, the Court dismissed the plaintiff's complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A and directed him to show cause why this case should not be dismissed. Dkt. 6. The plaintiff has not responded to this Order and the deadline to do so has passed. Accordingly, this action is now dismissed consistent with the Order of December 31, 2021. Because the complaint has been dismissed for failure to state a claim, the plaintiff is assessed a strike and notified that upon the receipt of three total strikes, he will not be permitted to proceed in forma pauperis in future litigation unless he is under imminent danger of serious physical injury. 28 U.S.C. 1915(g).
