ORDER granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. While in forma pauperis status allows the plaintiff to proceed without pre-payment of the $350.00 filing fee, the plaintiff remains liable for the full fees. No payment is due at this time. The clerk is directed pursuant to Rule 4(c)(3) to issue process to McKesson Corporation in the manner specified by Rule 4(d). Process shall consist of the complaint (Dkt. 1), applicable forms (Notice of Lawsuit and Request for Waiver of Service of Summons and Waiver of Service of Summons), and this Entry. Ms. Burton's Title VII claims brought against Defendants Keaton, Cashman, and Stahl must be dismissed, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6), because Title VII authorizes suit only against employers and does not allow for individual liability (See Order).
