Filing 4 ORDER: David Taylor filed a civil rights action in this Court in August, 2021, concerning his medical care as an inmate at the Floyd County Jail. His claims in that action concern treatment for an infected tooth, cardiopulmonary symptoms, and two large lumps on his shoulder. On July 18, 2022, he filed a motion for immediate injunctive relief concerning the development of those conditions over the last few months. See Taylor v. Floyd County Sheriff, et al. ("the original case"), no. 4:21-cv-00127-TWP-DML, dkt. 42 (S.D. Ind. July 18, 2022). Mr. Taylor will have through August 26, 2022, to notify the Court whether he wishes to: (a) have the complaint, dkt. 1, redocketed as an amended complaint in the original case, and have this action dismissed without prejudice, or (b) proceed with this separate action in addition to the original case. If Mr. Taylor chooses option (b), he will also have through August 26, 2022, to either pay the $402.00 filing fee or move for leave to proceed in forma pauperis.
