MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ENTERED: Plaintiff is granted twenty (20) days in which to submit a certified statement of his inmate account for the six months immediately preceding the filing of this complaint. Within the same twenty (20) days, plaintiff is required to file a "Supplement to Complaint" containing additional facts that are sufficient to state a claim of federal constitutional violation. Plaintiff's motion 3 for substitution is denied and his request 5 for court to deny withdrawal and the notice 4 of withdrawal are frivolous and warrant no relief.
