MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER, 1) dfts are John Motley, and Rob Howerton, and John Holloway, and Tammy Cooper, and Nova Roe, and Linda Montgomery, and Heather Nickell, and Shelby Kash, and Justin Brown, and Gary Wallace, and Vickie Henly in their offic ial and individual capacities 2) clerk directed to forward by certified mail, return receipt requested, one copy of complaint instant MO&O to offc. of General Counsel for Kentucky Dept of Corrections, Frankfort, KY; General counsel shall have 10 dys to complete and file notice of waiver of service against any or all named dfts; if a waiver is not filed w/in 10 dys clerk notify PSLC 3) the answer shall be filed no later than 60 dys after notice of waiver is filed; however if no notice is filed th en the answer shall be filed no later than 20 dys after service of each summons 4) pla keep clerk informed of current mailing address; failure may result in dismissal 5) for every further pldg he wishes to file for consideration pla serve upon each d ft or if appearance has been entered, upon each attorney, a copy of pldg or document; pla shall send the original papers to be filed w/clerk with a certificate stating the date a true and correct copy of document was mailed to each dft or counsel; if Judge or Mag.
