MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: (1) Dft's Motion to Dismiss DE 5 be OVERRULED; (2) Plf's Motion to Compel Arbitration and to Enjoin Defendant DE 7 be SUSTAINED; (3) Dft shall prosecute all of her claims arising out of Willow L each's residency at GLC in Vanceburg, KY, in accordance with the terms of the arbitration agreement; and (4) that this matter is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE and STRICKEN from the active docket of the Court.
