ORDER, Deft, Unknown Spouse of Debbie G. Toller is hereby notified of pla's action, is warned to appear and defend within fifty (50) days from the date of this Order. Hon. Richard A. Hughes is hereby appointed as WOA for the Unknown Spouse of Debbie G. Toller. A WO has this date been issued to Unknown Spouse, notifying him that failure to appear may result in judgment being entered agains him/her for the relief requested in the Complaint. As WOA you shall make diligent efforts to inform deft by mail concerning pendency and nature of the pla's action against her/him and report the results of your efforts to this Court w/in fifty (50) days after the date of your appointment. If you know or learn that Unknown Spouse is of unsound mind or under a legal disability, such information shall be included in the report you file, and upon filing of such report you shall become the guardian ad litem for Unknown Spouse. For services rendered pursuant to this appointment you will be compensated at a rate of $100 per hour, plus necessary expenses.
