ORDER: (1) Plf's Motion for Appointment of a WOA for Carrie E. Garrett DE #13 is hereby GRANTED; (2) Attorney C. David Mussetter for Carrie E. Garrett; (3) WOA must make efforts to inform deft by mail concerning pendency and nature of action against deft and report results w/in 50 days; WOA shall provide a copy of report to counsel for the US; failure to rile report absent good cause may be punished as a contempt of court; WOA is authorized to incur reasonable expenses; 4) if WOA cannot inform deft he or she shall so report and then make defense by answer; 5) if WOA knows or learns that deft is unmarried infant or unsound mind, such shall be included in report and WOA shall become GAL for such deft; 6) US cause of action is for foreclosure and pla motion for entry of this order sets forth property address and said defts address last known to US; upon receipt of this order pla atty shall cause to be delivered by mail or electronic means a copy of the complaint, copy of pla motion for this order and copy of this order; 7) at time of filing report atty may file motion for atty fees and expenses; 8) pla payment policies are 90 days; in event atty has obj to said schedule he should move for an order w/drawing from case w/in 10 days or deemed subject to payment schedule.
