August 8, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ORDER: 1. Doss's Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis DE #5 is GRANTED. Payment of the $350 filing fee and the $50 administrative fee are WAIVED. 2. The Deputy Clerk shall prepare a "Service Packet" for service upon Defendant SRG Global. 3. The Deputy Clerk shall deliver the Service Packet to the USMS in Lexington, Kentucky and note the date of delivery in the docket. 4. The USMS shall send the Service Packet by certified mail, RRR, to Defendant SRG Global's registered agent for service of process, CT Corporation 5. Doss must immediately advise the Clerk's Office of any change in her current mailing address. Failure to do so may result in dismissal of this case. 6. If Doss wishes to seek relief from the Court, she must do so by filing a formal motion sent to the Clerk's Office. Every motion Doss files must include a written certification that she has mailed a copy of it to the defendant or its counsel and state the date of mailing.
