Filing 6 ORDER: 1) Walker's #3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. prisoner-plaintiff is required to pay the $350.00 filing fee as set forth below. 2) W/I 28 days, Walker must pay $2.71 to the clerk for his initial partial fee. 3) The Clerk shall open an account in Walker's name for receipt of the filing fee and shall complete a Notice of Payment Form with (a) Walker's name, (b) his inmate registration number and (c) this case number and shall serve same on the Warden where Walker is currently incarcerated. 4) Each month Walker's custodian shall send the clerk a payment equal to 20% of his income for the preceding month but only if the amount exceeds $10, and shall continue until the $250 filing fee is paid. 5) Walker must immediately advise the clerk of any change in address.
