Pay the $505.00 appellate filing fee to the Clerk of this Court or b. File a motion to proceed in forma pauperis on appeal in the USCA for the Sixth Circuit by (1) having prison staff certify the Certificate of Inmate Account EDKY Form 523 (2) completing the Sixth Circuit Form 4, and (3) filing both of these documents with the USCA for the Sixth Circuit; (3) The USCA for the Sixth Circuit will dismiss the appeal for failure to prosecute if Bussie does not take one of these steps within 30 days; and (4) The Clerk of the Court shall forward a copy of this Order to the Clerk of the USCA for the Sixth Circuit.
