Filing 5 ORDER: 1. The Clerk's Office is directed to update the docket sheet to reflect that the Petitioner's name is "LaGrant Greer." 2. Greer's motion for leave to proceed in ofrma pauperis DE #3 is DENIED. 3. Within 30 days from the entry of this Order, Greer MUST pay the $5.00 filing fee to the Clerk of this Court. If Greer fails to pay that fee within the time allotted, the Court will dismiss this action without prejudice. 4. The Clerk's Office shall send a copy of Greer's petition #1 and this Order by certified mail to both (a) Respondent David Lemaster, Wardent FCI Ashland, and (b) US Atty's Office for EDKY. 5. Within 60 days from the entry of this Order, the Respondent MUST file a response to Greer's petition. The response shall be in the form of a memorandum addresssing the factual allegations and legal claims contained in the petition; neither a formal motion to dismiss nor a motion for summary judgment is appropriate for these proceedings. The Respondent shall also attach any relevant documentary evidence to the response brief. 6. Finally, Greer must promptly inform the Court, in writing, of any change in his mailing address.
