ORDER: 1) Simmons's #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED; 2) Because Simmons has been granted pauper status the Court WAIVES the $52.00 admin fee; 3) the Clerk shall OPEN an account in Simmons's name and send a complete Form EDKY 525 and send it along with this Order to the warden at the institute where Simmons is confined; 4) w/i 28 days, Simmons's custodian shall deduct $13.47 and send to the clerk for partial filing fee; 5) each month, Simmons's custodian shall SEND the clerk a payment equal to 20% of his account balance from the previous month, but only if that amount exceeds $10.00; 6) this matter stands submitted for screening.
