ORDER: 1. Gandy's motion to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is GRANTED. 2. Because Gandy has been granted pauper status, the Court WAIVES the $52.00 administrative fee that would otherwise apply. 3. The Clerk shall OPEN an account in Gandy's name for receipt of the filing fee. The Clerk shall complete a Notice of Payment Form EDKY 525 and send the Notice and a copy of this Order to the warden of the institution in which Gandy is confined. 4. Within 28 days, Gandy's custodian shall deduct $88.85 from Gandy's inmate account and send that sum to the Clerk of the Court as an initial partial filing fee. 5. Each month, Gandy's custodian shall SEND to the Clerk a payment from Gandy's inmate trust fund account, but only if the account balance exceeds $10.00. The payment shall equal 20% of the amount deposited into Gandy's account during the preceding month. The custodian shall continue the monthly payments until the entire $350.00 filing fee is paid.
