McKinley, Jr on 11/3/23: The claims brought against Defendants NTC Physician Angela Clifford; Wellpath Medical Director Dr. Kevin Smith; Wellpath President; Wellpath Assistant Health Services Administrator Jennifer Blanton; Wellpath Medical Director Summer James; Wellpath Psychiatrist Dr. Trivet; Wellpath Psychologist Dr. Keith Feck; Wellpath Provider Karrington Gullett; Wellpath Health Personnel Administrator Dawn Patterson; and Wellpath Provider Lacey Russell are TRANSFERRED to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, Northern Division at Ashland, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1406(a) for all further proceedings. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to add Defendants Blanton, James, Trivet, Feck, Gullett, Patterson, and Russell to this action before transferring it to the Eastern District of Kentucky. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to transfer Plaintiff's pending motion for a preliminary injunction [DN #2 ] to the Eastern District of Kentucky since it is related to Plaintiff's incarceration at EKCC. All further filings shall be filed with that court.
