ORDER: 1) Harris's 3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is granted. Harris must pay the $350.oo filing as set forth herein: a) w/i 30 days of this order Harris must pay $79.33; b) The clerk shall open an account in Harris's name and send a complete Form EDKY 525. The clerk shall serve the Form and a copy of this order upon the Jailer and upon the Office of the General Counsel for the DOC in Frankfort, c) each month Harris's custodian shall send the clerk payment equal to 20% of his income the preceding month, if that amount exceeds $10.00 until the filing fee is paid; 2) Harris must immediately advise the court of any change of address and failure to do so may result in dismissal of this action; 5) this matter stands submitted for screening.
