Stevens' pending Motion in Limine 76 and the Defendants' Motion to Strike 97 are DENIED as moot; 3) Pretrial conference currently set for Monday February 6, 2012 is CANCELED; 4) All claims in this matter having been resolved, the action is DISMISSED and STRICKEN from the Court's docket.
