MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: It is ordered that 1) Defendant S. J. Louis Construction Inc.'s Motion to Dismiss 14 is GRANTED; 2) Mid-Valley Pipeline Co.'s claim for indemnification under Kentucky law is dismissed with respect to any damages incurred under the Oil Pollution Act of 1990; 3) Defendant S.
