(4) Within twenty (20) days from the date of entry of this Memorandum Opinion and Order, the remaining parties-Defendants Grant County, Audra Napier, Tammy Bullock, Christop her Hankins, Southern Health Partners, Inc., David Watkins, Debbie Preston, and David Ross-shall file a Joint Status Report, setting forth available dates for a Final Pretrial Conference and Jury Trial, and whether they would be amenable to a court-facilitated settlement conference on the remaining claims.
