AGREED PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION: 1) Defendants shall not use or disclose confidential or proprietary information of GCS; 2)From the date of this Order through November 2, 2020, Defendants may not contact, solicit, communicate with or perform services for: (See a- c); 3) Defendants are not precluded from contacting, soliciting, communicating with or performing services for any GCS customers whose relationship(s)) with GCS ended on or before November 2, 2016, and for whom GCS provided no services after that date; 4) Notwithstanding the above, there is no restriction on Defendants performing services that are unrelated to, and do not supplant in any way, the services GCS performs or contemplated performing as of November 2, 2018 (See Injunction for details); and 5) The Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of this Order by Motion to the Court. This Order shall expire on its own terms on November 2, 2020, and the Plaintiffs shall enter a dismissal with prejudice of all claims within thirty (30) days of the expiration of this Order.
