| Filing 10 MINUTE ENTRY ORDER FOR DOCKET CALL held on 1/29/2020 before Magistrate Judge Candace J. Smith: Parties present as noted. IT IS ORDERED that the Court approves the Joint Report of Parties' Rule 26(f) Planning Meeting #9 as follows: 1) The parties shall exchange their Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures on or before February 12, 2020. 2) Discovery shall be completed on or before November 6, 2020 with joint or separate status reports due mid-discovery on or before July 6, 2020; and at the completion of all discovery on or before November 6, 2020. 3) On or before June 10, 2020, plaintiff shall provide expert disclosures required by Rule 26(a)(2). On or before July 10, 2020, defendant shall provide expert disclosures required by Rule 26(a)(2). Expert witness depositions to be completed by November 6, 2020. 4) On or before March 30, 2020, the parties shall file any motions to amend pleadings or join additional parties.5) Supplementation under Rule 26(e)(1) to be completed by October 6, 2020. 6) Dispositive and Daubert motions shall be filed on or before December 7, 2020. 7) Discovery shall be subject to any limitations agreed upon and proposed by the parties in their Joint Report of Parties Rule 26(f) Planning Meetings (R. #9 ). 8) If the parties need to extend any of the above deadlines, they shall file appropriate motions before the proposed deadlines expire. Although documents must now be filed electronically with the Court Clerk, a PAPER court courtesy copy shall be provided to CHAMBERS within 48 hours of the filing of the brief or memorandum in support of any motion, where such brief or memorandum (including any attached exhibits) exceeds 10 pages.
