July 8, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORDER: 1) Combs' motion to proceed in forma pauperis #7 is granted. 2) An initial partial filing fee is WAIVED. 3) Clerk shall open an account in Combs' name for receipt. Clerk shall complete a Notice of Payment Form containing: Combs' name, inmate number, and case number. Clerk shall serve a copy of this Order and Payment Form upon the warden. 4) Each months Combs' custodian shall send the Clerk a payment equal to 20% of Combs' income for the preceding month. The custodian shall continue payments until the $350.00 filing fee is paid. 5) Combs must immediately advise the Clerk of any change to his current mailing address. 6) This matter stands submitted for initial screening.
