ORDER: The Deputy Clerk shall update the docket to reflect that Plaintiff Adam Combs's current mailing address. Combs's Motion to Proceed in forma pauperis #2 is GRANTED. Because Combs has been granted pauper status in this proceeding, the $52.00 administrative fee is waived. The Clerk of the Court shall open an account in Combs's name for receipt of the filing fee. The Clerk shall complete a Notice of Payment Form (Form EDKY 525) and shall send the Notice and a copy of this Order to the warden of the institution in which Combs is confined. Because Combs lacks the funds to pay it, collection of the initial partial filing fee is DEFERRED. For each month hereafter, if the amount in Combs's inmate account exceeds $10.00, his custodian shall deduct from Combs's inmate account an amount equal to 20% of his income for the preceding month and remit that sum to the Clerk of the Court. The custodian shall continue such monthly payments until the entire $350.00 filing fee is paid. This matter stands submitted for initial screening pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2), 1915A.
