ORDER: 1) Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis #12 is GRANTED. 2) The Court WAIVES the $52.00 administrative fee. A prisoner is required to pay the $350.00 filing fee. 3) The Court ORDERS Clerk to open account in Martinson's name for receipt of the filing fee. Clerk shall complete a EDKY525 and send Notice and a copy of this Order to the Warden. 4) The Court DEFERS collection of the initial partial filing fee. 5) For each month thereafter, if Martinson's account exceeds $10, the Court ORDERS the custodian to deduct an amount equal to 20% of his income.
