March 22, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER as to Lavone Ganithus Dixon, Jr.: Dixon's motion to proceed in forma pauperis #2 is GRANTED. Because Dixon has been granted pauper status in this proceeding, the $52.00 administrative fee is waived. The Clerk of the Court shall open an account in Dixon's name for receipt of the filing fee. The Clerk shall complete a Notice of Payment Form (Form EDKY 525) and send the Notice and a copy of this Order to the warden of the institution in which Dixon is confined. Within 28 days, Dixon's custodian shall deduct $17.49 from Dixon's inmate account and remit that sum to the Clerk of the Court as an initial partial filing fee. For each month thereafter, if the amount in Dixon's inmate account exceeds $10.00, his custodian shall deduct from Dixon's inmate account an amount equal to 20% of his income.
