The Joint Local Civil Rule requires applicants for pro hac vice admission to disclose "whether the attorney is currently OR HAS EVER BEEN disbarred, suspended from practice, or subject to other disciplinary action by any court, state, territory, or the District of Columbia." LR 83.2(a)(2) (emphasis added). In the pending application, Attorney Troyan states only that he is "not currently" disbarred, suspended from practice, etc. Thus, more is required to comply with the Local Rule and appropriately inform the Court before his application can be granted.
