If evidence is intended solely to contradict or rebut evidence on the same subject matter identified by another party, the party is directed to disclose such reports within 30 days after the disclosure made by the other party. 3) Supplementation under Rule 26(e) is due within 30 days of the discovery of new information. 4) No later than 1/11/2024 parties are directed to complete all discovery. 5) All discovery disputes are referred to a US Magistrate Judge by random draw. 6) All motions for extensions of time will be referred to the undersigned for disposition.
