SCHEDULING ORDER: 1) Within 14 days parties must exchange information required by Rule 26(a)(1). 2) No later than 10/16/2023 plaintiff is directed to disclose expert witnesses. No later than 11/16/2023 defendant is directed to disclose the identity of expert witnesses. If evidence is intended solely to contradict or rebut evidence on the same subject matter identified by another party, the party is directed to disclose such reports within 30 days after the disclosure made by the other party. 3) Supplementation under Rule 26(e) is due within 30 days of the discovery of new information. 4) No later than 1/11/2024 parties are directed to complete all discovery. 5) All discovery disputes are referred to a US Magistrate Judge by random draw. 6) All motions for extensions of time will be referred to the undersigned for disposition. The parties are advised in advance that such motions are not favored and must be accompanied by a memorandum and affidavit of counsel outlining sufficient grounds for granting the relief sought. 7) The parties may not, by agreement, extend any of the deadlines. 8) No later than 11/30/2023 parties are directed to file any motions to amend pleadings and/or join additional parties. 9) No later than 2/12/2024 parties are directed to file dispositive motions and Daubert motions. 10) No later than 4/30/2024 counsel are directed to file, submit to chambers, and provide to opposing counsel: (a) witness list; (b) list of exhibits; (c) pretrial memorandum. 11) No later than 4/30/2024 counsel are directed to pre-mark and number all exhibits. 12) No later than 4/30/2024 counsel are directed to file, submit to the Court and provide to opposing counsel any objections to use of depos or to the admissibility of exhibits. 13) The above filings may be submitted to chambers via email. 14) No later than 5/7/2024 parties are directed to submit to chambers a copy of each exhibit. 15) JURY TRIAL set for 6/11/2024 at 09:00 AM in COVINGTON before Judge Danny C. Reeves. ORDER FOR MEETING AND REPORT: 1.
