Daley, and the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Kentucky; (2) Respondent, by counsel, shall answer the petition within sixty (60) days from the date of service thereof, answering in substance as required by Rule 5 of the Rules Governing Section 2254 Cases in the United States District Courts.(3) In accordance with Rule 5 of the Rules Governing Section 2254 Cases in the United States District Courts, the Answer shall also: (See a thur d); (4) The parties shall serve upon each other, or if an appearance has been entered by counsel, upon each attorney, a copy of every further pleading or other document submitted for consideration by the court. 5) Petitioner shall keep the Clerk of Court informed of his current mailing address.Failure to notify the Clerk of Court of any address change may result in the dismissal of this case.
